Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Shipping Policy
We currently offer shipping within Canada and internationally, using Canada Post for We currently offer shipping within Canada, to the United States, and internationally using Canada Post, with only tracked shipping services for peace of mind.
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, the size and weight of your order, and your selected shipping speed. This ensures you pay exactly what it costs to ship your order, rather than a flat rate.
All orders are shipped with tracked Canada Post services. We offer multiple options at checkout, including economy, standard, and express shipping, all of which include tracking. Available services and delivery estimates vary depending on your region.
We are a small Canadian business, and this system helps ensure fairness to both our customers and ourselves. In the past, we’ve experienced situations where flat-rate shipping fees did not cover actual costs, which is why we’ve moved to real-time rates.
We ship to all destinations supported by Canada Post. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Customs and Inspections
For international orders, customs inspections may occur. In some cases, protective packaging (e.g., bubble wrap) may be removed during inspection. While we pack all items with care, we are not responsible for any damage caused during customs processing or delivery.
Return & Refund Policy
As our location candles are cosmetic products, we can only accept returns or issue refunds on unopened boxes. We cannot accept returns of opened boxes for sanitary reasons. To refund or replace an unopened product, reach out to us using the contact form here and include your order number so that we may assist you.
Damaged Packages
If your package or order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 24h of delivery using the contact form here. Please include your order number in your message, and also have photos ready of the damage to the product and box so that we may confirm the damage upon replying to your message by email, in order for us to place a claim with Canada Post, our delivery service.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds for damage incurred due to inspection by international customs officers, as neither Canada Post nor we are responsible for this damage.
Lost or Missing Shipments
If your package has not arrived within 5 days of the expected arrival date, please reach out to us through our contact form here with your order number so that we may work with you to ensure that your shipment arrives as soon as possible.
Product Disclaimer
Our lotion candles have been carefully tested by a variety of customers, friends, and family to ensure quality. They are made with natural soy wax, shea butter, and coconut oil, along with essential oils and, in some cases, fragrance oils.
That said, we cannot guarantee suitability for all skin types—especially sensitive skin. If you have sensitive skin, we highly recommend following the instructions on our How to Use page. A pea-sized amount is all that’s needed—no more, no less.
As with any cosmetic product, if you experience irritation, redness, or sensitivity, discontinue use immediately. The candle can still be safely used as a traditional candle even if it is not suitable for your skin.
Please keep out of reach of children and pets. Never leave a lit candle unattended.
Currency & Payment
If you’re purchasing from outside Canada, your bank or credit card provider may apply a currency conversion fee. These fees vary by institution, so please check with your provider if you’re unsure.
